Event Reporting Requirements

This document will provide information as how to send information to this site so that an event can be posted on our News page.

The reporting of the event must be generated by the organizer(s) or participant(s) and emailed to this site for posting.

Basically we need the following three things:

  1. A summary of the activity that will be posted on our News page. This site will add a LINK to the summary that will take the reader to the Activity reporting page. Use the present summaries located on the News page as examples. This summary should be about 10 to 20 lines.
     

  2. The write up for the activity page. This write up can be made of reporting emails or as a one continuous document detailing the event.
     

  3. Pictures and information as where in the text they belong and if needed a caption that we will be placed underneath the picture.
